What this website collects
Nothing you don't hand over deliberately. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising script on this site. The contact form stores nothing here: submitting it opens a pre-filled message in your own email client, which you send yourself. Until you press send, nothing reaches us.
What we do with what you send
We use what you email us to answer your question and, where it leads somewhere, to prepare a proposal and carry out the work. That is the legal basis: your request, and the performance of an agreement. We never sell your data and never share it for someone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Correspondence that leads nowhere is deleted within two years. If the enquiry becomes an assignment, the associated administration is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Who else can see it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under a processing agreement, and only for that purpose. If a project requires an AI provider to process your data, we tell you which one and agree it with you beforehand — it is never a silent default.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click away. Any storage used is strictly functional — remembering your language choice, for example.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email us and you will get an answer within a month. If you are not satisfied with it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
